[jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-15366) Backup and Restore

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-15366?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16964656#comment-16964656 ]

maxwellguo commented on CASSANDRA-15366:
----------------------------------------

sorry, I am busy these days。But I do as what you said just now, but I can get the data(1/2). I guess the reason
that you failed to read 1 /2 is that you write data from cqlsh .the default consistency level is one .

though the replicate factor is 3(just two nodes), write is ok,but may may data are just wrote to one node successuflly .

> Hi Team,
> We are testing the backup and restore of CASSANDRA  in a cluster and found that while restoring the backup from the second node to the new node (or previous node) then complete data is not restored.
> Please enlight us on it.
