1.2.1 done

1.2.1 is rolled and available at http://www.apache.org/dist/

I haven't yet made a diff.  I probably will a bit later.

I haven't yet updated the other files on the site to reflect the changes.
Are we pushing this as replacing 1.2.0 (in which case I will say "use it"
and move 1.2.0 to old) or as supplementing it (in which case I will say
"1.2.0 is cool, but this could be cooler" and perhaps leave 1.2.0 there)?
