Bikas Saha resolved TEZ-2281.

    Resolution: Invalid

This was explicitly removed in 0.5. Unless there is a strong functional reason to expose internal details,  it should probably stay that way.

> DAGId can uniquely identify the dag. It can help to find out your dag on tez-ui and find its corresponding dag logs, although dag name can help it, but it is not unique, so should expose the dagId to users.
