Maven Committers Continuum build messages?

I want to see Continuum building Maven.
But I don't want to see the yoyo'ing messages that are on the
notification mailing list.

Is there a root cause of the problem?

Is it possible to take some projects off that list if they are not yet
stable enough to be built by Continuum?  And add them back in only
when they become stable?

As it is I am just deleting the emails and not paying any attention to
them as the volume is making the signal/noise ration impossible to
make sense of.
