[jira] [Created] (WSS-428) It should be possible to use the
useReqSigCert even when the certificate is not sent in the request
Christian Schneider created WSS-428:
---------------------------------------
Summary: It should be possible to use the useReqSigCert even when the certificate is not sent in the request
Key: WSS-428
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSS-428
Project: WSS4J
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: WSS4J Core
Affects Versions: 1.6.9
Reporter: Christian Schneider
Assignee: Colm O hEigeartaigh
Fix For: 1.6.10
If the request only contains the signature certifcate subjectDN it should still be possible to use this to encrypt the response message.
In this case wss4j should retrieve the cert to the above subjectDN using its configured cryptoprovider.
