Hi!

I've seen that there is no concurrent concept as where to start package
names: most sources are relative to their main dir (e.g. java/src).
Unfortunately this is not the case for java/samples (relative to java),
java/test (relative to java), proposals/arch/test (relative to
proposals/arch), proposals/async/test (relative to proposals/async)

No big issue - just a little bit inconvenient
