[jira] [Created] (AMQCPP-639) license incompatibility

oana kacso created AMQCPP-639:
---------------------------------

             Summary: license incompatibility
                 Key: AMQCPP-639
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQCPP-639
             Project: ActiveMQ C++ Client
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 3.9.4
            Reporter: oana kacso
            Assignee: Timothy Bish

My issue is regarding two files in the +*activemq-cpp-library-3.9.4-src.zip*+ package:
 * doxygen-include.am

and
 * Makefile.in

In these two files I found the reference:

_# Copyright (C) 2004 Oren Ben-Kiki_

_# This file is distributed under the same terms as the Automake macro files._

 __

_# Generate automatic documentation using Doxygen. Goals and variables values_

_# are controlled by the various DX_COND_??? conditionals set by autoconf._

Automake is GPL v2 licensed.

My question to you is: *are these two files licensed under Apache License 2.0,* based on some agreement between you and the copyright holder*?*

Thank you in advance.
