CVS dir layout
At some point over the next week I'm thinking of rejigging CVS closer to
the proposed jakarta standard (see
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/dirlayout.html).
Specifically, I plan on moving:
src -> src/java
xdocs -> src/xdocs
conf -> src/conf
res -> src/res
Sing out if you can see any problems,

OK, moved most of the source (except nntp - out of time). CVS builds.
Still leaves nntp, xdocs, conf and res to move.
