[RELEASE] Signing release

I've got my private key and have practiced signing some releases.

What do we want to with the last JIRA item?

I'm willing to install SVN here, tag a SVN release, sign it and upload
it but first we have to close the last JIRA item.

D.

Whichever it is, both are committed now once svn is back in write
mode. ESME-105 is closed (although it wasn't marked as critical for
release 1.0)
