updated Debian build instructions in new wiki

Hey folks,

I spun up a GCE debian instance and updated the build instructions. Can somebody wiser than me take a look and let me know if it looks ok?

    https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/COUCHDB/Debian

I suspect there should be something about logrotate in here too.

Question; should we put these instructions actually into our .rst docs?

Also, these would be more appropriate under a “Installing CouchDB” section, but I don’t know how to do that yet in confluence.

I am also +1 for the docs but awesome that you have put the info in cwiki
:) - YAY . I will move it to an appropriate section - "Installing CouchDB"
is great. We can always point to the docs later.

Cheers

Andy
