browser cache problem

Hi,

I am using Jetspeed 2.0 running on the Linux platform. When I
remove/reposition portlets, it's not getting reflected in the IE browser
immediately. It requires a refresh to display changes.  But it's working
fine on other browsers like Firefox, Mozilla, etc.

I believe the problem is due to browser cache. How can we avoid the
problem programmatically instead of configuring the browser directly?
Please shed some light on this.
