cleaning git/jenkins

Hi,

As part of cleanup after release I want to remove the tag that are
non-released

11.3-vc2,11.3-vc1,11.3-beta3,2,1 only 11.3 to be kept.

 

I also will clean Jenkins build that were conserved to setup vote and beta
artefacts.

Is this ok to do ?
