The docker folders i.e. docker/ docker-ubuntu/ could be re-organized as follows to improve the structure of docker related files.

   |____docker
               |_____docker-CentOS____Dockerfile
               |_____docker-Ubuntu____Dockerfile
               |_____README.md

Please also include the docker/ to build-tools/source-assembly.xml
