Woo-hoo!
As it happens, Aaron and I have been discussing this over coffee the
last few nights. I was bugging him to write what we talked about at
the Hackathon down, but it seems that the telepathic-mind-meld worked
just fine. =)
I'll read it over tonight/tomorrow and add my comments. -- justin

Note that I also posted to root@ about some initial bits on icaurs. I'd like
to get Subversion set up there, move Commons into it, and then shift the
serf code into the SVN/Commons area.
