I am trying to release HBase 0.99.2 version, but I am getting error from SVN. We have 2 artifacts, and I was able to commit the smaller src artifact (which is 6.4MB), but the binary artifact (which is 87MB) is failing:

I was also getting timeouts when trying to commit the release (with 2 artifacts) earlier:

I have tried a lot of times (but all from my home network). This is obviously blocking the release.
