   Hi @bnutt - yep, I'm grappling with something simliar.
   In my case, I was hoping that the amazingly ugly `AIRFLOW__KUBERNETES_ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLES__AIRFLOW__CORE__REMOTE_BASE_LOG_FOLDER` would be successful, but sadly not.
   
   I'll let you know if I come up with anything, but I suspect it's back to configmaps.
