[PATCH] Mostly stylistic changes to SVN::Client documentation

Redone patch (originally sent to Ben Reser in private mail)

Stylistic changes to Perl SVN::Client

* subversion/bindings/swig/perl/Native/Client.pm
   changes to line length and punctuation
   rewrite several sections to be consistent with each other
   rewrite several sections to aid clarity and add examples

In my copius free time ;) I felt it was more important to target the 
user-visible POD before the developer visible header file comments.

Applied in r9339.  You might want to go through the documentation in the
header files, this was largely adapted from that.  So similar issues may
exist there as well.
