If you would like to create an html page listing the history of apache releases
by date, some people would probably be interested.

But I don't really see the big issue.  The date on the announce@httpd.apache.org
archives is canonical for the official release date.  This is a low traffic
list, so it shouldn't be hard to find what you want in the archives.  What are
you looking for that you can't find in the archives?
