SLING-5892 - Add smoke tests to the Launchpad

Hi,

I intend to add a couple of quick smoke tests to the launchpad.builder
project.

The main driver is clearer and faster failures in case the launchpad
bundle list is incorrect - bundles don't play well together. I've
attached a patch and added more information to the issue.

If anyone thinks this is not the way to go, please let me know.
