Apache 1.3.11 on MS NT 4.0 SP5, Jserv 1.1

If you make any code changes, and re-compile, you changes
are not seen until you stop and restart the Apache server.

1)Create a java servlet and compile and call from the browser
2)Modify code, and re-compile
3)Call the servlet from the browser...you will still see the old code
