   @kpavel yes, agreed these are some known issues that any resolution might involve enhancing the "server-side" (backend) model that allows us to track "projects" (state).  Clearly, we need to better document and acknowledge the current behavior and limitations and perhaps open issues to discuss possible solutions (designs).  Part of this involved actually adding something new we were calling a "tag" which would be a single URI key added to entities that would indicate usage (with domain/paths to help identify which project) and avoid heavier annotation logic (and allow us to tag where annotations are not supported like Rules).
   
   @pritidesai may wish to comment here as she developed this functionality and believe we discussed putting in behaviors that avoids deleting entries that may be cross referenced between projects.
   
   Any thoughts towards a solution to add ?
