Bug report Taverna

Rshell Bug Report:

When I import a (valid) R script I only got the message that there is an 
unexpected input at the end of the first line with code.
I figured out it's because the script was saved using Windows-style 
newlines CR+LF and it does not like the CR.
After converting to use only LF it worked.

Windows 8.1
Java 8 U45
