QueueManager's methods like getJobQueueInfo  return JobQueueInfo objects. JobQueueInfo is deprecated hence all the methods of QueueManager should return QueueInfo instead of JobQueueInfo.

Also where ever we are using JobQueueInfo as view of Queue object , we should replace them with QueueInfo.
