List of Problems with JAXWS/CXF Provider based implementations...

We use the JAX-WS Provider based implementations/endpoints to deploy our 
webservices supported by CXF.

1) I have created a JIRA since WS-Addressing in CXF  was not working with 
provider based implementations.Can you please let me know if this will be 
addressed sometime soon.

2)How to use MTOM in a provider based implementation.Can you please point 
us to a sample or documentation.
