https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=61021

            Bug ID: 61021
Summary: Extract absPath info from xlsb
           Product: POI
           Version: 3.16-dev
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSSF
          Assignee: dev@poi.apache.org
          Reporter: tallison@mitre.org
  Target Milestone: ---

In Excel 2013, the absolute path where the file was last saved may be stored in
the <x15ac:absPath> element in workbook.xml. There's a similar element in
xlsb. Let's extract that info.
