> When new nodes attempt to join a cluster, it tries to automatically start the data flow when configured. If it is attempting to enable a ControllerService and the service is invalid, the service's state across the cluster may become inconsistent. The service on the new Node may be invalid if one of it's properties references a file on the local filesystem and that file does not exist.
