first patch to doc

This is my first patch ever, so bear with me.
All I've done is simply add a new document
'guide.html' which is supposed to be the
NEW User's Guide.  For sow it is just a table
of contents that points to four other files:
  1. intro.html
  2. model.html
  3. view.html
  4. control.html

If all goes well, I'll soon send in some patches
to the User's Guide which are 'supposed' to uncover
more of the underworkings of the ActionServlet.

  doc_patch.txt is the patch for the new html files
  patch1.txt    is the patch so that 'index.xml'
                includes a pointer to the NEW doc at
                'guide.html'
