RTTI.pm

Hi all-

        I have a file named RTTI.pm from the old 1.0 distribution.  It is 
needed by the new (2.0?) distribution, but is not included.  I have copied
it from my old source tree to the new, but would like to get it from the 
source if possible.  

        Does anyone know if this module is provided outside of the Xerces-p 
project, or was it written specifically for this?  There were no comments 
that helped me find the source in the file.  Any ideas?

That should have been in the stuff Harmon sent.
If not here is what we have been using.
