error when i try to run Exist xmldb

Hi all,
i try to run exist under cocoon i follow all steps  to do this 
and when i try to run any sample i get some errors, one of them is  :
g.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Could not read resource file:/C:/tomcat-4.1.18/webapps/cocoon/existtest/process.xml: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Namespace for prefix 'xmldb' has not been declared.
i already declare this in cocoon.xconf
anyone can help me to run exist under cocoon
i already copy all requerd jar into WEB-INF/lib, also i modified cocoon.xconf .
but after that i don't know how i make test to be sure that exist work.
what i did is to copy sample from exist to cocoon and run it then i get the above error .
