The source release package includes the ivy/ivy-*.jar, it should not be packaged because
- it is automatically downloaded during build
- there shouldn't be any binaries (compiled jar files) in the source package following the [Apache release policy|https://www.apache.org/legal/release-policy.html#source-packages]
