[I] Add command that lists features that contain a specific bundle [karaf]

CMoH opened a new issue, #2523:

   Many times during integration of services I found conflicting bundles installed by dependent features. This command would help pinpoint the offending features, assisting in such tasks.
   
   I will attach my implementation to this issue. Please comment.
