Here are some questions to the author, Alexander Kleymenov, if i'm not mistaken.
would be great if you could help me to resolve the following issues:
1. Should we specify the compiler version, or can we use any?

Attachment: BTI.xml
The BTI.xml file is the draft version of the BTI design document. It should be placed into the \xdocs\subcomponents\drlvm directory.
Would be great if someone could review the doc.
