[jira] [Commented] (GROOVY-8702) Update public Groovy Web Console
to Groovy 2.5.7
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GROOVY-8702?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16863241#comment-16863241 ]
Eric Milles commented on GROOVY-8702:
-------------------------------------
It would be nice to see the version of Groovy that is in use bu the Web Console. Even better would be the ability to select between 2.4, 2.5 and 3.0-beta -- even if via separate URLs.
The other main issue I run into is the text handling of the editor. It seems to insert a bunch of extra newlines or other unexpected whitespace characters.
