ReviewBoard at ASF

Dear All,

It seems the ASF now has a tool for developers to review each other's code.
It's available here for those who missed or didn't get the e-mail:
https://reviews.apache.org

Are we going to give this a go here with Derby? I think it could potentially
be a nice addition to JIRA. Especially when we have students from Google
Summer of Code.

If there's plans to try it, we still need to file an INFRA issue with JIRA
to have Derby added to ReviewBoard.

Thanks,
Tiago

Hi Tiago,

I don't know anything about this tool. What are its features? What would
our review process look like if we used ReviewBoard?

Thanks,
-Rick
