[PR] docs: value on form tags is a String attribute, not an expression [struts-site]

Rewrites the "value is an Object!" section of the Tag Syntax page.
It claimed that `<s:textfield name="state" value="ca"/>` makes the framework look for a `getCa` property. It does not: `UIBean.applyValueParameter` resolves `value` through `Component.findValue(expr, String.class)`, which returns the literal unless it contains the `%{}` notation (verified with a rendering test against current `main`). Only `checkbox` (Boolean) and `file` (Object) evaluate `value` as an expression. The old text contradicted the three-rule summary further down the same page and is what prompted [WW-3338](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-3338), now closed as Won't Fix.
Also drops the trailing pointer to the `altSyntax` option, which was removed in 2.6 (the linked Alt Syntax page says so itself).
Docs-only, no ticket.
