Re: Building issue with bare 'maven'

Hi Jacek,

          I tried building by giving the command "maven build" the same 
error occurs. Once again the error is given below -

groovy:compile:
    [groovyc] Compiling 1 source file to 
D:\Sundar\temp\incubator-geronimo\modules\explorer\target\classes

BUILD FAILED
File...... file:/D:/Sundar/temp/incubator-geronimo/

Here is the possible cause of your problems. Try out JDK 1.4.2_02. Noone 
reported 1.5.0-beta as a working configuration - 
http://wiki.apache.org/geronimo/KnownWorkingConfigurations.

          Here are the details you asked for

                OS Version - Windows 2000 Pro
                JDK Version - java version "1.5.0-beta"
                Maven Version - Maven 1.0-rc1

       I will try my best to solve this problem.

Hi,

I don't know what might go wrong. What's interesting is 'Unable to 
obtain goal [default]'. Would you provide versions of JDK, OS, maven as 
well as the whole output of 'maven build' attached.

I hope you'll get it resolved very quickly and send us what caused it.
