I hereby note my sign off of the wave report, and ask for a volunteer to
update the wiki page on my behalf. My currently available technology is
simply not up to the task.

Hi Benson,
The Kalumet report has been added reviewed by the PPMC since one week:
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-kalumet-dev/201212.mbox/%3C50BBBBA2.8010203%40nanthrax.net%3E
It's now in the December report wiki page:

I signed off the report and Olivier Lamy should do it today.
Sorry for the delay.

[Dropped other podling dev lists]
HCatalog still has no report for December and no discussion about it on the DEV list. The last Shepherd also recommended in September that the podling look toward Graduation; but I did not find any discussion of the topic on the list.
Aside from the immediate need for a report, I don't see anything alarming about the community health. I strongly recommend the community put together a graduation plan and present it as part of the board report (this or next).
One minor nit, the downloads page needs to list links for the signature and checksum files for each release.

Martjin deserves all the credit, but two shoves (email on etch-dev last week plus report) have had an effect.
There is a graduation VOTE underway with 3 +1 out of the 5 proposed PMC members.

Just did my signoff and added a personal observation:
The processes in this podling are really like trying to pour molasses through
a funnel in the winter. That said, I do think that the project is viable and
an Apache community albeit a small, slow moving one. Given the nature of the
project and its usage in automobile technology I don't think it will ever be
as fast moving as a web or big data project. And that is not a bad thing for
this type of software IMO.
