Torque in beta TDK not creating FK peer methods

I am using the TDK Jason has out on Jakarta's server at:
http://jakarta.apache.org/~jvanzyl/tdk-tc3.tgz.  I'm tdk for 2.2b1 and not
for 3.

I have a schema like this:

<database name="foobase">

<table name="FOO" idMethod="idbroker">
   <column name="FOO_ID" required="true" primaryKey="true" type="INTEGER"
autoIncrement="true"/>
   <column name="FOO_TEXT" type="LONGVARCHAR" required="true"/>
</table>

<table name="BAR" idMethod="idbroker">
   <column name="BAR_ID" required="true" primaryKey="true" type="INTEGER"
autoIncrement="true"/>
   <column name="FOO_ID" required="true" type="INTEGER" />
   <column name="BAR_TEXT" type="LONGVARCHAR" required="true"/>
   <foreign-key foreignTable="FOO">
       <reference local="FOO_ID" foreign="FOO_ID"/>
   </foreign-key>
</table>

</database>

Everything is fin durning the init, except when the om is compiled I get
this error:

[javac] C:\webapps\Apache Tomcat
4.0\webapps\faq\WEB-INF\src\java\com\rippe\essential\portal\om\BaseBarPeer.j
ava:497: cannot resolve symbol
[javac] symbol : method addBar (com.rippe.essential.portal.om.Bar)
[javac] location: class com.rippe.essential.portal.om.Foo
[javac]                     temp_obj2.addBar(obj1);
[javac]                              ^

It seems that the build process is ignoring the fact that their is a FK
relationship from BAR to FOO? I must be missing something absolutely
simple.

p.s.
I get the same thing for: http://jakarta.apache.org/~jvanzyl/tdk.tgz

Thanks,
Scott
