   wskdeploy does create package binding named "openwhisk-cloudant" and rest of the components from manifest file.

   I am using latest wskdeploy from master and [manifest](https://github.com/IBM/openwhisk-data-processing-cloudant/blob/master/manifest.yaml) from master branch as well.
