[Axis2] OM - Factory interfaces for different OM impls

HI,

 

Can some one please commit this patch for Axis 2 svn, Chinthaka scratch
area.

 

This includes a factory interface for OM building so that switching from one
OM impl to another will be easy. And in addition to that, this has an
interface for OMXML parser. 

 

This patch contains the implementations for above things for linked list
model.
