   I think the contribution instructions need the following improvements.
   
    * Maybe less git instructions.  My thinking is that people tend to know how to make a PR to GH.  However we need to provide more specific instructions on how Fluo operates.
    * Document what maven commands are a user should run after making a change.
    * Document how to configure code formatter in IDEs and that this step is optional as maven formats.
