Google Summer of Code 2021 - Tag your ideas

Hello there,
it's a new year, and a new season to tag Google Summer of Code ideas. If
you would like to mentor a student to contribute to Beam via GSoC, and have
some ideas, feel free to start tagging them so they will participate with
the Apache Foundation's application.

If you've never done GSoC before, try reading this:

If you have questions, feel free to ask here. There's a few of us who've
mentored students in previous years.

To tag a JIRA issue, you may use the "gsoc2021" label, and the issue will
be included with the ASFs list of ideas.
