[I] In WS-HT user task lifecycle Created to Obsolete transition needs to be added [incubator-kie-issues]
josedee opened a new issue, #2358:

The user tasks remains in `Created` state when there are no potential users. At that point Business Admins can use `skip` transition to move them from `Created` to `Obsolete` state if required. This is not possible at the moment. We need to allow this transition
