Changing IP addresses

All,
  On the last few releases, I would sometimes wind up with 2
repositories in Sonatype for a single release, 1/2 the artifacts in
one and 1/2 in the other.  I just figured out that this is the cause:

  For the current release, I'm using a different system.  Is anyone
aware of an Apache project using the nexus-staging-maven-plugin, which
apparently can fix this problem?  Or, any other recommendations?
