Do we not have an option to ignore the time zone? There is a scenario where multiple processes are writing to the Source and they don't have a way to give us which timezone the source data was written in. Now when we read that data into parquet, it is forcibly adding a timezone component to it, whether UTC or Local. We don't want to add any zone information to the timestamp values we are getting and process them as is.
