Newbie Volume 2: Not a valid folder.

Hi All,

I have my deployed .war now (my earlier problem).

I have been working through the 'unnoficial FAQ' that is linked off the
slide page. I know its not going to be up to date, but I haven't found
a better resource.

I'm running slide on a linux (Suse) server. When I try to create a
'network place' under windows xp, I put in
http://192.168.75.6:8080/slide as the location.

Its getting TO slide OK, because it then prompts me for the username /
password.

When I put in 'root' and 'root' it returns saying: "The folder you
entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another."

If I try again and put in an invalid name / pass, it prompts me for
another / correct password - so I know I'm getting validated OK.

Has anyone had any experience of this? or any ideas on where I should look?

creating a web-folder (in WinXP) to point to
http://192.168.75.6:8080/webdav works OK.

For reference, I have uploaded my tomcat logs, my tomcat-users.xml, my
slide Domain.xml and slide web.xml to

http://www.davidlearnsgames.com/tomcat/

Thanks in advance,

David

Which version of Slide are you using, 1.0.16 or 2.0 from CVS that you built?
