> experiment launch and clone do a lot of user storage manipulation and currently they need to access essentially private functionality in the user_storage module to move and copy files. Also, third party apps can't easily replicate the functionality in launch and clone but may want to do so. So these function could be moved out of the Airavata Django Portal and into the SDK as a new python module.
