For me `filterMode: "none"` worked. I have not added in `inside` type section.
`
dataZoom: [{
startValue: "2018-05",
filterMode: "none",
start: 0,
end: 20
},
{
type: "inside"
}
]
`
but after this found another issue. The bar is going outside of the x-axis
