I recently upgraded to Apache 2.0.40 and have found that whenever I try to stop 
the Apache service, my computer will blue screen (Win2K, don't get a chance to 
see the msg). I can't see anything in the Event Log, but this is reproducable - 
I've tried it four times using both the Apache Monitor and Services in Control 
Panel/Admin Tools and computer crashes each time. Services says it can't stop 
the service. This didn't happen in previous versions, although I was unable to 
start/stop the service by left-clicking on the Apache Monitor tasktray icon - I 
would have to open Apache Monitor first. In the Apache error log I get this:

run?
