[users@httpd] using MySQL database to store apache logs

Hello everyone,

We plan to run apache2 on 5 nodes behind a load balancer at the same time.
does anyone has experience in writing their logs to a database instead of
writing to individual logfiles? is there a good database recommended? any
pros and cons? Thank you.

I'm pretty sure there's some kind of module which does all the stuff. Check
http://httpd.apache.org/modules/ for more info.
